How far in advance should I plan my Mexico wedding?

We recommend that at least one year before. Although we have had cases in which we have only had a few months, still manage to save the event.

What do you do as a Wedding Planner for our wedding?

Our service include everything necessary, so you do not need to worry about anything. We start working from the moment you sign our contract until the end of the event. We provide you with detailed information on everything we include. You do not have any doubts about anything and there are no hidden extra charges.

Do You Organize Everything? What things must we take care of Ourselves?

We have been working in the Riviera Maya for more than 8 years. More than 2 years in San Miguel de Allende and for another 5 years in Italy and Spain. You do not need to take care of everything, leave it to us.

Do you have a team of collaborators?

We have a team that takes care of the event, who are ready to oversee your special day and any unforeseen events.

Can we check the quality of the providers and services?

We will always send you a catalogue, website or social networks of the suppliers. That way you can review them as well as the comments and testimonials of our previous clients. All the services that need some testing or tasting, happens in advance of the wedding day.

Can you help us plan some kind of special ceremony?

We have performed all kinds of ceremonies. Religious, symbolic, Mayan. Both for our national and foreign couples.

What are the payment methods?

It can be via wire transfer, Paypal or cash.

Do you have suggestions for our wedding?

We are always aware of the smallest details. We can tell you the best option, based on our extensive experience. We ensure that everything  is perfect in your important day.

Do you manage packages of your services as Wedding Planner?

We do not handle packages since each wedding is personal based on your tastes, needs and budget. Once you have chosen the possible locations for your wedding, we can begin to make an estimate. Estimate includes all the basics, so you have an approximate idea of the costs. It is also important to make clear that we DO NOT work based on a % of the total wedding budget. So you don’t need to worry about extra costs added to your wedding. Our wedding fees is exclusive of your wedding cost.

Do you do more than one wedding the same day?

We never have more than one event on the same day. It’s important that we focus on your wedding completely. 

How do you handle unforeseen events?

Years of experience allow us to expect many situations. We are prepared for emergencies and we have an “Emergency Kit” as well as a trained staff for any situation.

How can we be in contact?

To ensure that everything is in a professional and formal way, the contact will be through email. Although believe it is best through Phone or video calls or whats app.

How will we take part in the organization of our wedding?

It’s important for us to have your trust from the start. Part of the success of an event is the communication that exists between the couple and us. As your Wedding Planners, the better communication that exists, the better the relationship. We want you to enjoy everything without any worry the day of your wedding.
